حركات الاحتجاج الإلكتروني أشكال الحضور ومآل التفاعل

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن ملامح مجتمع المدونات بوصفها وجها من أوجه حركات الاحتجاج الإلكتروني، وتبنى الباحث إطارا نظريا قائما على المزج المعرفي بين أربع مقولات نظريةهي: الصعود المستمر للمجتمع الكوني، اِنتشار تكنولوجيا المعلومات، اِتساع سلطة الفرد، وتراجع هيمنة الدولة، معتمداً على منهج التحليل النقدي. وقد تم سحب عينة من أكثر المدونات تفاعلاً وهي:( مدونة نوارة نجم، ومدونة الأستاذ فهمي هويدي). وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: يرتبط نوع النص المستخدم في التفاعل داخل المجتمع الافتراضي بطريقة الكتابة وأسلوب الحشد. يعتمد التفاعل على نمطين: الأول يشكل الحدث ويدفع إلى بنائه والآخر يتعقب الحدث ويثبطه. كما يتحرك التفاعل في شكل دائري، ومع كل دورة تكتسب حركة الاحتجاج زخما وخبرات تجعلها تأخذ مسارا أكثر تطورا من سابقه. كما تستمد حركات الاحتجاج الإلكتروني زخمها من ارتباطها بالمجتمع الشبكي، وتبنيها السخرية وسيلة للمقاومة. وينشأ المجال العام مع بداية الاهتمامات التي ينصرف إليها الأفراد، ويتحرك المجال العام المصري بين ثلاثة دوائر هي: المحلي والقومي والدولي. كما يُعد تدفق المعلومات أمراً سلسا وغاية في الخطورة. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحركات الاجتماعية، حركات الاحتجاج الإلكتروني، المجال العام، المدونات. This study aims to expolr the features of the blogging community as electronic social movements. the researcher adopted a theoretical framework based on the cognitive mix among four hypothesis: the continuous rise of global society, the rise of information technology, expansion the power of individuals, the retreating the hegemony of the state, depending on method of critical analysis, collecting a sample of the most interactive blogs was: (Blog NoaraNajm, Blog Fahmy Houidi), . Conclusions that: The type of text Determines the interact within virtual community and the way of writing control the way and style of the crowd sourcing , the interaction depends on two patterns: frist form pushes event into construction and the other tracks the event and discourages it. The interaction moves in a circular form and with each cycle that the movement gains momentum and experiences that make it takes a more sophisticated path of its predecessor, the electronic protest movements derive their momentum from their association with the network community, cynicism is a mean of resistance, the public sphere arises with the beginning of the interests experienced by the individuals them selves.Egyptian public sphere consiste of three circles, local, national, and global, the flowing of information is smooth and extremely dangerous.
