الثقافة واللغة في الجزائر: تنوع وتكامل.

الملخص
إن الطابع التعددي سواء اللغوي أو الثقافي في الجزائر على غرار كل الدول، معطى تاريخي ساهمت في تكوينه مختلف الأحداث التي عرفتها المنطقة، عبر عصور عديدة وأوضاع مختلفة (اقتصادية تجارية، عسكرية استعمارية وثقافية اجتماعية)، فالجزائر مهد الحضارات وملتقى الثقافات، التي شكّلت موروثا ثقافيا ولغويا متنوعا كان ولازال مصدر تعايش بين سكان المنطقة، واستطاعت الحفاظ عليه رغم التهديد الكبير؛ الذي مس مقومات الهوية الوطنية في ظل السياسة الاستعمارية، التي عمدت إلى طمس أهم عنصر في خصوصيتها الثقافية وهو "اللغة". تجلّت تداعيات الفترة الاستعمارية في تغير النظام اللغوي في الجزائر، وظهور التعددية اللغوية كمظهر من مظاهر المشهد اللغوي المعاصر فيها، والذي يعرف راهنا تحولات أخرى تماشيا مع إرهاصات العولمة الثقافية. In Algeria, the pluralistic linguistic and cultural character is a historical fact that has been shaped by the various events that the region has known. Algeria is the cradle of all civilizations and the crossroads of all cultures, which has constituted a diverse cultural and linguistic heritage that was and still is a source of coexistence among the populations of the region , and was able to preserve it despite the great threat to the foundations of national identity the colonial policy, which deliberately obliterated the most important element of its cultural specifity, which is "the language". The repercussions of the colonial period were manifested in the change in the linguistic system and cultural scene in Algeria, which currently defines other transformations in line with the cultural globalisation.
