إصلاح المنظومة الصحية في الجزائر بعد الاستقلال وفي ظل جائحة فيروس كورونا

الملخص
الملخص يهدف هذا المقال بالتعرف على المراحل التي مرت بها المنظومة الصحية في الجزائر منذ الاستقلال إلى يومنا هذا، وكذا السياسات الاصلاحية لهذا القطاع كانعكاس للظروف التي سادت في كل مرحلة على حدا سواء الظروف السياسية والاقتصادية وحتى الاجتماعية والبيئية، و لكل سياسة عناصرها و أهدافها إلا أن الهدف الرئيسي الذي سعت إليه الجزائر هو حماية صحة الأفراد بشكل عام، خاصة مع جائحة فيروس كورونا التي باتت منذ أشهر مضت محور اهتمام الدارسين والباحثين في كل مجالات العلوم بشتى أفرعها؛ كما أصبحت على رأس المتابعات والتحليلات - ليس فقط ذات الطابع الطبي البحت، ولكن أيضًا المتابعات والتحليلات ذات الطابع الاجتماعي والإنساني والاقتصادي، وعليه سنحاول في هذه المقال توضيح أهم الاصلاحات التي تعرضت لها المنظومة الصحية من أجل استمرارها و استقرارها، ووضع أزمة كورونا المستجد الذي أصبح يشكل تحديا غير مسبوقٍ للمنظومة الصحية لدول العالم والجزائر على حد السواء بعدما أعلنته منظمة الصحة العالمية في شهر فيفري 2020 جائحةً عالمية Abstract: This article aims to identify the stages that the health system has gone through in Algeria since independence to the present day, as well as the reform policies of this sector as a reflection of the conditions that prevailed in each stage, both political, economic and even social and environmental conditions, and each policy has its elements and objectives, but the goal The main goal that Algeria sought is to protect the health of individuals in general, especially with the Corona virus pandemic, which, months ago, became the focus of attention of scholars and researchers in all fields of science in its various branches; It also became at the head of follow-ups and analyzes - not only of a purely medical nature, but also follow-ups and analyzes of a social, humanitarian and economic nature, and accordingly, we will try in this article to clarify the most important reforms that the health system has undergone for its continuity and stability, and the situation of the emerging Corona crisis, which has become a problem. An unprecedented challenge to the health system of the countries of the world and Algeria alike, after the World Health Organization declared it in February 2020 a global pandemic
