The Rape Trauma And Its Role In The Post-trauma Disorder For The Adolescent Female Victim

Abstract

Abstract: We shall try in this paper to reveal the level of the post-trauma disorder for the adolescent female victim of rape (Incest) and the effect of the traumatic event on the case through the various manifestations of the trauma. We used the clinical method through taking a female adolescent who has been a victim of rape as a case study. Furthermore, we used the semi-structured clinical interview with the application of Davidson Trauma Scale (DTS). Findings of the study show that the rape the victim had been subject to made her live a sharp psychological trauma and a narcissistic wound that made her lose self-confidence and in the others. Furthermore, she suffers loneliness, inferiority complex, and the loss of the feeling of love due to the traumatic event. Moreover, the victim clearly avoids all the milestones of the event through escaping all what reminds her of the traumatic event. الملخص : سنحاول في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن مستوى اضطراب ما بعد الصدمة لدى المراهقة المعتدى عليها جنسيا (زنا المحارم) ، ومدى تأثير الحادث الصدمي على الحالة نتيجة جريمة الاعتداء الجنسي من خلال مظاهر الصدمة المختلفة. وقد تم استخدام المنهج العيادي من خلال دراسة حالة مراهقة تعرضت للاعتداء الجنسي، كما استخدمت الباحثة المقابلة الإكلينيكية النصف موجهة مع تطبيق مقياس اضطراب بعد الصدمة لدافيدسون، وقد توصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن الاعتداء الجنسي الذي تعرضت له المراهقة جعلها تعيش صدمة نفسية شديدة، مما سبب لها جرح نرجسي افقدها الثقة بالنفس وبالآخرين، والانعزال الاجتماعي وشعورها بالنقص والدونية وانعدام الثقة، وافتقادها لموضوع الحب جراء معايشة الحدث الصدمي. كما أوضحت النتائج تجنب واضح لكل معالم الحدث من خلال الهروب من كل ما يذكرها بالحادث الصدمي.
