ملخص: تساعد إدارة الوثائق منذ نشأتها على خدمة أهداف المؤسسة وتحسين أدائها، لذا عمدت الجامعات إلى وضع أسس لإدارة وثائقها باعتماد سياسة أرشيفية فهي وسيلة جيدة للتحكم في الوثائق ولربط مصلحة الأرشيف بمنتجي الوثائق ، ولأنها تلزم الجميع وتوحد العمل كما تتيح مجالا لتطبيق المبادئ الأرشيفية منذ إنتاج الوثيقة إلى إدارتها وتطبيق نظاما لحفظها، وتمت الدراسة بجامعة قسنطينة2 عبد الحميد مهري ،باعتماد المنهج الوصفي أما الهدف هو تحديد أسس إدارة وثائق الجامعة بطريقة نموذجية، وتم التوصل لكون الجامعة تحتاج لتبني سياسة الأرشيفية لإدارة وثائقها واعتماد جدول لتسيير الوثائق. الكلمات المفتاحية: إدارة الوثائق؛ سياسات الأرشيف ؛ جامعة قسنطينة2 عبد الحميد مهري Summary : Since its inception, document management has helped to serve the objectives of the institution and improve its performance, Universities have therefore laid the foundations for managing their documents by adopting an archival policy, which is a good document control and a way to linking archive management to document producers archives, Because it binds everyone and unites action and allows for the application of archival principles from the time the document is produced to, The study was conducted at the University of Constantine 2 Abdel Hamid Mehri ,By adopting the descriptive curriculum, the aim is to define the basis for the management of university documents in a typical manner. It was concluded that the University needed to adopt an archival policy to manage its documents and adopt a schedule for the conduct of its documents.
