ترجمة المصطلح الطبي من الإنجليزية إلى العربية

الملخص
يركز هذا البحث على طرق وضع المصطلح الطبي في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية وكيفية نقل هذه المصطلحات خاصة من الإنجليزية إلى العربية معرجا في الوقت ذاته على ذكر أهم خصائص النص العلمي والنص الطبي محور هذا البحث. كما يسعى أيضا إلى إبراز قدرة اللغة العربية على مواكبة تطوّر العلوم الطبّية باستعمال التوليد والنحت والاقتراض وبالاعتماد على إحياء التراث اللغوي الطبّي الذي تطرّق إلى كافة العلوم الطبّية مكوّنا قاموسا مصطلحيا ثريا. لقد توصّلنا إلى جملة من النتائج منها الأهمية القصوى التي يكتسبها المصطلح الطبي في فهم النص الطبي ومن ثم نقله نقلا سليما. إن تمكن المترجم من المصطلح يعني تمكنه من المفهوم الدقيق لحالتي الصحة والمرض عند الإنسان. إضافة إلى تمكنه من المصطلح الطبي، يتعين على المترجم الطبي إيفاء بعض الشروط سيما القراءة الكثيرة والملمّة، والمتأنّية، والمتواصلة لمختلف العلوم الطبّية وفي مختلف المواضيع بغرض التأقلم مع هذا النوع من النصوص من جهة؛ وإثراء رصيده المصطلحاتي من جهة أخرى. ويضاف إلى هذا الشرط، شرط آخر يتمثّل في تمتّع المترجم بحس التواصل واستشارة أهل الاختصاص لإنجاز ترجمته. This research focuces on the way English and Arabic build their medical term ; and how medical term is transmitted mainly from English into Arabic. This without forget to mention the main characterestics of both scientific and medical term. Also, it, aims at showing at what extent Arabic can follow the development of medical science through building terms by the use of derivation, compounding, blending and borrowing as well as renewing old terms. This let the Arab translator to compile his own glossary. We have concluded that medical term occupies the top position in understanding the complex medical concepts regarding whether the health of man or his illness ; which helps considerably the translator in the translation process.. Moreover,the medical translator should satisfay some other conditions. The most enevitable condition is reading widely, carefully and continuously medical text in different topics to be familiar with in one hand ; and to enrich his own medical glossary in the other. Having the sense of communication and asking specialists in medical sciences for help in performing his translation is another condition that must be fulfilled.
