الملخص
تعد ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية إحدى السبل التي يلجأ إليها الفرد، وذلك بالهروب من مجتمعه اتجاه مجتمع آخر، وبطريقة غير قانونية، وذلك من أجل تحقيق آماله وطموحاتهم كذلك والبحث عن حياة أفضل. وقد ترتبط ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية بمجموعة من العوامل والأسباب والمتمثلة في الفقر والبطالة وتدني مستوى المعيشة، بالإضافة إلى الأوضاع السياسية والأمنية قصد البحث عن الأمن والسلام والاستقرار. والمجتمع الجزائري كغيره من المجتمعات الأخرى لم يسلم من ويلات هذه الظاهرة التي أصبحت تشكل عائقا أمام الحياة الاجتماعية. وبفعل التغيرات والتحولات الاجتماعية السريعة، أصبحت ظاهرة الهجرة غير الشرعية تعرف أشكالا عديدة ومتنوعة. وعلى هذا الأساس بات علينا لزاما الوقوف على هذه الظاهرة وذلك من خلال استنطاق الإحصائيات والأرقام المقدمة، وكذلك الوقوف على الجوانب الأمنية للظاهرة. Illegal immigration is one of the ways in which individual, escape from society towards the society, and illegally, in order to achieve their hopes and aspirations as well as search for a better life. And may be associated with the phenomenon of illegal immigration to a variety of factors and causes of poverty, unemployment and a low standard of living, in addition to the political and security situation meant searching for security, peace and stability. Algerian society as any other communities has not been spared the scourge of this phenomenon which has become an obstacle to social life. With rapid social changes and transformations, the illegal immigration phenomenon know many and varied forms. On this basis we must stand pat on this phenomenon and that interrogation of statistics and figures, as well as stand on security aspects of the phenomenon.
