أثر الانفتاح التجاري على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري دراسة قياسية للفترة (1990-2020)

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى اختبار أثر الانفتاح التجاري على رصيد ميزان المدفوعات للفترة (1990-2020)، وذلك باختبار وجود علاقة التكامل المشترك بالاعتماد على نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة ARDL، باستخدام، (Autoregressive Distribution Lag Bounds Test (ARDL)، بالإعتماد على برنامج (EVIEWS-10). وخلصت الدراسة إلى أن الانفتاح التجاري في الدراسة معنوي، حيث جاءت إشارة معامل الانفتاح التجاري موجبة، وتدل على وجود علاقة طردية بين رصيد ميزان المدفوعات والانفتاح التجاري، يعود هذا الأثر إلى التركيبة السلعية لكل من الصادرات والواردات التي لا تخدم الاقتصاد الوطني بسبب ان أغلب الصادرات ريعية، وهذا ما يؤكده الأثر الموجب لأسعار البترول على رصيد ميزان المدفوعات. The study aims to test the relationship between the trade openness and the growth of industrial sector During the period (1990-2019), we used the latest statistical methods have been modern in time series of estimation of the unrestricted regression error correction model (autoregressive Distribution lag (ARDL), Using the statistical program (EVIEWS-10). The study concludes that There is an Positive relationship between trade openness and the Balance of Payments, it’s statistical significance, This effect is due to the commodity composition of both exports and imports that do not serve the national economy because most of the exports are rentier, and this is confirmed by the positive impact of oil prices on the balance of payments.
