أثر تغير سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري دراسة قياسية للفترة 1990-2017

الملخص

من خلال هذه الدراسة تم التعرض لموضوع تأثير سعر الصرف على ميزان المدفوعات الجزائري و ذلك بصياغة نموذج قياسي لأثر سعر صرف الدينار الجزائري على ميزان المدفوعات خلال الفترة الممتدة من 1990 إلى 2017، و اعتمدت هذه الدراسة على متغير سعر الصرف في تفسير الرصيد الإجمالي لميزان المدفوعات. و كانت النتيجة مفادها أن تأثير سعر الصرف ضعيف و سلبي على ميزان المدفوعات و هو ما لا يتماشى مع النظرية الاقتصادية نظرا لانحصار تسعير صادرات الجزائر بالدولار ( المحروقات) و عدم تأثر الواردات بسعر الصرف و ذلك لعدم مرونتها، و بالتالي لا جدوى من استخدام سعر الصرف كأداة لتعديل ميزان المدفوعات في الجزائر. Through this study, the issue of the impact of the exchange rate on the Algerian balance of payments was introduced by formulating a standard model of the impact of the exchange rate of the Algerian dinar on the balance of payments during the period from 1990 to 2017, and this study relied on the exchange rate variable in interpreting the total balance of payments balance. The result was that the impact of the exchange rate is weak and negative on the balance of payments, which is not in line with economic theory due to the blockade of the pricing of Algeria's exports. In dollars (hydrocarbons) and imports are not affected by the exchange rate because they are not flexible, so there is no point in using the exchange rate as a tool to adjust the balance of payments in Algeria.
