-saa الهيكل المالي للمؤسسة الاقتصادية وتأثيره على ربحيتها - دراسة حالة الشركة الوطنية للتأمين

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة الى توضيح مختلف المصادر التي يمكن للمؤسسة أن تلجأ اليها لتمويل هيكلها المالي لتغطية استثماراتها المختلفة، وكيفية اختيار نسبه للوصول أمثلية الهيكل المالي الذي يساعد الشركة في تدنية تكاليف المصادر الخارجية من جهة وتحقيق الوفورات الضريبية عن تخفيض مبلغ الضريبة على الدخل من جهة ثانية مما يؤدي الى تعظيم أرباح الشركة. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي الذي يتسم بوصف الظاهرة و تحليل الهيكل المالي للشركة الوطنية للتأمين بالنسب مع حساب معدل الرفع المالي وذلك بالاعتماد على ميزانية الشركة لسنتي 2016 و2017، باعتبار سنة 2017 عرفت أخر تطور في رأس مال الشركة مما يسمح بتوضيح أثر هذا التغير مقارنة مع سنة 2016 بالنسبة للعائد على حقوق الملكية، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أنه هناك تأثير للهيكل المالي للشركة الوطنية للتأمين على ربحيتها. This study aims to illustrate the various sources that an enterprise can turn to to to finance its financial structure to cover its various investments, and how to choose its ratio to reach the ideal financial structure that helps the company to reduce the costs of external sources on the one hand and to achieve tax savings on the reduction of the amount of income tax on the other hand, thereby maximizing the company’s profits. The study relied on the descriptive and analytical approach characterized by a quantitative and qualitative description of the subject matter of the study and analysis of data and data on the financial structure of the National Insurance Company (SAA) based on the company’s budget for the years 2016 and 2017, as 2017 marked the latest development in the company’s capital, allowing for an illustration of the impact of this change compared to 2016 for return on equity and capital richer. The study found that there was an impact on NIC’s financial structure on its profitability.
