استراتيجيات التعليم ودورها في تعديل أنماط التدريس داخل المؤسسات التربوية

الملخص
إن فهم القاعدة التي تخضع لها عملية تعلم الطالب أمر مهم في اختيار استراتيجيات التعليم، ولكن لسوء الحظ فإن الفهم الحقيقي لمخرجات هذه القاعدة لم تتبلور بعد في الكثير من الأحيان، وخاصة عند تطبيق الطرق القديمة، التي تتجاهل الفروق الفردية بين الطلبة، ونمط التعلم الملائم لكل مجموعة تعليمية. ولهذا فإن حاجة المعلم إلى معرفة وفهم أنماط تعلم الطلاب داخل الصفوف غير المتجانسة، أصبح أمرا مهما وضرورة ملحة داخل النظام التربوي، من أجل الوصول إلى أحسن المستويات التحصيلية. إن التباين في طرق تعلم الأفراد وفهمها هو في أصله تحديد لأنماط التعلم على أنها أساليب مهمة في تعزيز القاعدة التربوية داخل المؤسسات التعليمية Understanding the rule governing the student's learning process is important in choosing education strategies, but unfortunately the true understanding of the output of this rule has not yet been developed in many cases, especially when applying old methods, which ignore the individual differences between students and the appropriate learning pattern of each educational group. The need for a teacher to know and understand the learning patterns of students in heterogeneous classes has therefore become important and urgent within the educational system, in order to reach the best levels of attainment. The variation in the learning and understanding methods of individuals is rooted in the identification of learning patterns as important in strengthening the educational base within educational institutions
