الملخص
لا يزال موضوع التنمية المستدامة يثير انشغال الدول والحكومات والباحثين، لارتباطه الوثيق بالاستغلال الرشيد لما هو متاح من الموارد الطبيعية أو الثقافية أو غيرها من جهة، والمحافظة على حق الأجيال القادمة في الانتفاع من هذه الثروات من جهة أخرى ولأن تحقيق التنمية المستدامة مرتبط أيضا بتحقيق التنمية الشاملة في جميع القطاعات الإقتصادية والإجتماعية والثقافية والإدارية فانه يتطلب بدوره تنسيقا وتفاعلا بين مختلف هذه القطاعات، ويعتبر النشاط السياحي ذو الطابع الثقافي نموذجا للشراكة بين قطاع السياحة والثقافة في مجال التنمية المستدامة، فهي من جهة شراكة تعمل على البحث عن موارد اقتصادية جديدة لتنويع مصادر الدخل بعيدا عن التبعية المفرطة للبترول، وهي شراكة أيضا يجب أن تأخذ بعين الاعتبار المحافظة على التراث الثقافي المادي واللامادي للدولة . The issue of sustainable development continues to concern States, Governments and researchers, because it is closely linked to the rational exploitation of available natural, cultural or other resources, and the preservation of the right of future generations to benefit from these wealths on the other hand, and because achieving sustainable development is also linked to the achievement of comprehensive development in all economic, social, cultural and administrative sectors, it in turn requires coordination and interaction between these different sectors, and cultural tourism activity is a model of partnership between the sector Tourism and culture in the field of sustainable development, on the one hand, is a partnership working to seek new economic resources to diversify sources of income away from excessive dependence on oil, a partnership that must also take into account the preservation of the material and material cultural heritage of the State.
