Abstract
Abstract:: The study in its apparent meaning aims to identify the constituents of organizational cynicism as negative behavior, and studying all its different aspects and its negative semantic determinants revealing the creation of a new structure in organizational behavior, “The university professor’s behavior” that reenforce all the mechanisms of despair, grumbling, and frustration. This study was appliedM'silaUniversity as a model oftheAlgerian universities the descriptive methode was adopted and as a basic tool the questionnaire in the research, with the observation as an assistive technic.
