الملخص
ملخص: للأستاذ الجامعي وفق القانون الأساسي للأستاذ الباحث جملة من الحقوق والواجبات باعتباره محور الارتكاز في المؤسسات الجامعية، وهو يقوم بمهام كبيرة يمكن تلخيصها في نقطتين أساسيتين هما: التدريس الجامعي للطلبة وتكوينهم وتلقينهم المعارف، وكذا القيام بأنشطة البحث العلمي المختلفة بغية تطوير وتحيين مكتسباته العلمية، وهو ما يرجع على الجامعة والمجتمع بالرقي والازدهار، لكن مع ذلك نرى على أرض الواقع عدة مشكلات تعترض الحياة العلمية للأستاذ وتقلل من مردوده العلمي، لذا وجب توفير كل الظروف والوسائل المطلوبة التي تسهل وتشجع الأستاذ الجامعي على آداء مهامه على أكمل وجه. ABSTRACT: the university professor has a number of rights and duties as the focus of university institutions, and he carries out great tasks that can be summarized in two basic points: university teaching, formation and education of students, as well as carrying out various scientific research activities in order to develop and to revive his scientific achievements, which is what is due to the university and society with sophistication and prosperity, but nevertheless we see on the ground several problems that obstruct the scientific life of the professor and reduce his scientific product, so it is necessary to provide all the required conditions and means that facilitate and encourage the university professor to perform his duties to the fullest.
