التنمية السياحية والسياحة المستدامة: المؤشرات والمتطلبات

الملخص
تعتبر السياحة ظاهرة اجتماعية عرفت تطورات سریعة عكست مدى أهميتها، حيث أصبحت تشكل اليوم أكبر صناعة في العالم. فهي تحتل مكانة هامة في جميع المجالات وخاصة في المجالين الاقتصادي والاجتماعي وهذا اعتبارا لدورها الهام في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة للمجتمعات على وجه شامل من خلال تلبية احتياجات الحاضر دون الإخلال باحتياجات المستقبل. و قد صاحب ذلك محاولة العدید من الدول خاصة البلدان النامية النهوض بالقطاع السياحي من خلال وضع التسهيلات الإداریة و القانونية و تكثيف الجهود من أجل زیادة طلب السياح وجعل إقامتهم في مستوى تطلعاتهم. وكتوصية مهمة تهدف هذه الدراسة النظرية إلى تسليط الضوء على أنّ عملية التنمية السياحية المستدامة يجب أن تراعي الجانب البيئي و تعطيه أهمية كبيرة، لأنه لا توجد سياحة بدون بيئة سليمة و نظيفة تتوفر فيها كل شروط الحياة الطبيعية السوّية. وبالتالي، فما هي مكونات التنمية السياحية المستدامة، مؤشراتها، مبادئها ومتطلباتها ؟ -Tourism is a social phenomenon that has witnessed rapid developments that reflect its importance, as it has become today the largest industry in the world. It occupies an important position in all fields, especially in the economic and social fields, given its important role in achieving sustainable development for societies in a comprehensive manner by meeting the needs of the present without prejudice to the needs of the future. This was accompanied by the attempt of many countries, especially developing countries, to promote the tourism sector through the establishment of administrative and legal facilities and intensification of efforts in order to increase the demand of tourists and make their stay at the level of their aspirations. As an important recommendation, this theoretical study aims to shed light on the fact that the sustainable tourism development process must take into account the environmental aspect and give it great importance, because there is no tourism without a healthy and clean environment that meets all the conditions for normal life. Thus, what are the components of sustainable tourism development, its indicators, principles and requirements ?
