الملخص
تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية: إلى إلقاء الضوء على واقع الأمن الثقافي في الوطن العربي في ظل العولمة الثقافية، التي أصبحت تشكل خطرا على الخصوصيات الثقافية للمجتمعات العربية، سواء على المستويات الماكرو- سوسيولوجية: كالهوية، اللغة، الدين، وبعض المقومات الأخرى، أو على المستويات الميكرو- سوسيولوجية: كالقيم، الأخلاق، الأعراف...إلخ، ونظرا للتسارع التقني والتكنولوجي الكبير الذي كان له بالغ الأثر على جل المعطيات الاجتماعية والخصوصيات الثقافية ما سرّع من وتيرة التغيرات السوسيو-ثقافية اليوم في الوطن العربي، سنحاول من خلال هذه الورقة فهم الآليات والأهداف الظاهرة والكامنة التي تعمل العولمة الثقافية من خلالها وتسعى إلى تحقيقها في الوطن العربي، مع محاولة إيجاد حلول وقائية لتعزيز الأمن الثقافي . This searching participation aims at spotting the light on the actual cultural security in the Arabic Nation under the cultural globalisation which has become a real danger on the cultural privacy of the Arabic communities on both standards: the macro - sociological like the identity, the language, the religion and some other pillars; and on the micro - sociological side such as the ethics, the morals and the traditions... In view of the great technical and technological acceleration, which had a great impact on most of the social data and cultural peculiarities, it accelerated the pace of the socio - cultural changes witnessed in the Arabic Nation nowadays, we are trying through this study ,to understand the mechanisms and the clear as well as the hidden goals through which the cultural globalisation aims at realising in the Arabic Nation besides trying to find preventive solutions to strengthen the cultural security.
