الملخص
ملخص يهدف هذا البحث إلى الوقوف على سبل تنمية اللّغة العربية كاستثمار التراكمات والمؤهلات الذاتية والموضوعية التي تحوزها لتنميتها، تنميتها ﻓﻲ اﻟﻧظﺎم التعليمي الجزائري، تدبير التعدد اللغوي وترشيد الازدواجية اللغويـة في المجتمع الجزائري، الاهتمام بالبحث العلمي اللساني على وجه الخصوص وتحفيزه من أجل تحسين وضع اللغة وتهيئتها لحمل المعرفة وإنتاجها وإشاعتها في المجتمع، حوسبة العربية، الاعتماد على آليتي التّعريب والتّرجمة في نقل المعرفة الحديثة. بيان دور اللغة العربية الجوهري في تحقيق مجتمع المعرفة وإقامة التنمية المستدامة من خلال التّعرّض لقدرة اللغـة العربية على حمل المعرفة وإنتاجها وإشاعتها، والتّأكيد على أنّ الاقتصاد القائم على المعرفة يعتمد على تكلمها باللغة الأم. Abstract This research aims to mention the way to develop the Arabic language such as investing the accumulations and the subjective and objective qualifications that the Arabic language possesses for its development, the development of the Arabic language in the Algerian educational system, managing multilingualism and rationalizing diglossia in Algerian society, attention to linguistic scientific research in particular and motivating it in order to improve the status of the language and prepare it to carry knowledge, produce and spread it in society, Arabic Computing, relying on arabization and translation mechanisms to transfer modern knowledge, statement of the essential role of the Arabic language in achieving the knowledge society and the establishment of sustainable development through the exposure to the ability of the Arabic language to carry knowledge, produce and spread it, and emphasizing that the knowledge -based economy depends on speaking it in the mother tongue.
