الملخص
ملخص: تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية إلى تسليط الضوء على أهمية الاتصال الإستراتيجي ودوره في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة باعتباره العصب الحيوي للمنظمات العصرية، حيث يتطلب التطور المتسارع وتعقد بيئة المنظمة وتزايد أحجامها واتساع أنشطتها والفجوة بين القيادات الإدارية العليا وبين الأطر التنفيذية، الإهتمام بالاتصال الإستراتيجي ومهاراته وأساليبه الحديثة، وذلك تأكيداً وإيماناً بقدرة الاتصال الفعّال ذو البعد الإستراتيجي في تحقيق الفعَّالية في تسيير الوظائف الإدارية، كما يؤدي الاتصال الإستراتيجي دوراً مهما في تنفيذ وتسيير نشاطات المنظمة، كما يُسهم هذا النوع من الاتصال في تفعيل مبادئ التنمية المستدامة للمنظمات على أرض الواقع. Abstract: This research paper aims to shed thelight on the importance of strategic communication, and its roleinsustainable development considered gives vitality to modern organizations. Indeed the rapid development and the complexity of the institution’s environment, in addition to its increasing size and the diversity of its activities, and the divergence In the supreme management leadershipand executive frameworksall that greatly contributed to the big interestin strategic communication and its modern technologies, as a confirmation of the latter's ability to achieve effectiveness in administrative functions. The strategic communication also plays an important role in executingthe activities of the organization, especially in achieving the goals of sustainable development.
