اقتصاد الفضاء العام في الجزائر: تساؤلات حول نموذج التنمية المستدامة

الملخص
يهدف هذا البحث إلى مساءلة نموذج التنمية الذي تتبناه الجزائر في مقاربتها للفضاء العام، وما إذا كان يمكن اعتباره محرك أساسي للاقتصاد المستدام بما فيها عمليات التواصل والإبداع والابتكار، وذلك انطلاقا من عرض أهم الدراسات المؤسسة التي تناولت تمثلات وسلوكات الأفراد اتجاه الفضاءات الحضرية بالنظر لما تواجهه المدن الجزائرية من تغيرات اجتماعية واقتصادية عميقة. كما توصل البحث إلى أن تحقيق المدينة المستدامة يتطلب إعادة النظر في نموذج التنمية الاقتصادية والأعمال المرتبطة بها من أجل تنفيذ حلول جديدة تستجيب لأنماط الحياة الحضرية الراهنة، مع مراعاة الآثار غير المرغوب فيها على المستوى البيئي والاقتصادي والاجتماعي مستقبلا من خلال عصرنة وعقلنة التخطيط الحضري، وكذا الاستفادة القصوى من الفضاءات العامة كمحرك للتنمية داخل المدن. This research aims to question the development model adopted by Algeria in its approach to public space and whether it can be considered a basic engine of a sustainable economy, including communication, creativity, and innovation. This is based on the presentation of the most important institutional studies on the representation and behaviour of individuals towards urban spaces in view of the profound social and economic changes facing Algerian cities. The research also found that achieving a sustainable city requires a review of the economic development model and associated actions in order to implement new solutions that respond to current urban lifestyles. Taking into account the undesirable environmental, economic and social impacts of the future through the modernization and rationalization of urban planning, as well as making the most of public spaces as an engine for development within cities.
