العدالة في الإسلام وتحريم الخروج على السلطان La Justice Dansl'islam Et L'interdiction De La Rébellioncontre Le Sultan

الملخص
إن الأمة الإسلامية اليوم تعيش في وضع محرج وميؤوس, وضع يلفه الضعف والهوان بل فه الذل والهوان. الذي يصدق فيه قول المصطفى صلى الله عليه وسلم قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " يوشك أن تداعى عليكم الأمم من كل أفق كما تداعى الأكلة على قصعتها ". قال: قلنا: يا رسول الله، أمن قلة بنا يومئذ؟ قال: " أنتم يومئذ كثير، ولكن تكونون غثاء كغثاء السيل، تنتزع المهابة من قلوب عدوكم، ويجعل في قلوبكم الوهن ". قال: قلنا: وما الوهن؟ قال: " حب الحياة وكراهية الموت " فصارت الأمة تحكم بالأنظمة السياسية الوضعية مع دساتيرها المزيف الذي فرض على الأمة الإسلامية , فلم يقض حلاجة من الحوائج الإقتصادية أو الإجتماعية أو السياسية فضلا من أن تجدي نفعا في إشهار الشعائر الدينيةلكن مع ذلك تطالب السماحة الإسلامية لأبنائها السمع والطاعة. نعم العدل الذي قامت به السماوات وتقيم بع صلب كل أمة أصبح اليوم منعدما في جميع فقرات الديمقراطية المزعومة وبالرغم من تشدق افواه القائمين عليها وبأنه هو الأسلوب الوحيد الناجع لأزمات الإجتماعية والإقتصادية لكنه لم يخلف سوى الدمار والأنانية والبغض والكراهة والفقر المضني بين الشعب. فالورقة تحاول تشخيص النظامين الإسلامي والديمقراطي بطريقة مختصرة وبأسلوب تقابلي بغية إظهار سماحة الإسلام وبأنه السبيل الأوحد المرن الذي يقيم كل الإعوجاجات في جميع أطراف الحياة المادية والدينية . واصالته لا تعالج القضايا الدينية فحسب بل تعالج ايضا قضايا الإنسانية حتي غير المسلمين سوف يتمتعون بما فيه من العدل والمساوات في فقرات شرائعه Muslims communities nowadays live in an apologetic and desperate situation. It is indeed a situation engulfed with many weakness and enervation sometimes live as inferior. This could perhaps be the actualization of the (ﷺ) said: The people will soon summon one another to attack you as people when eating invite others to share their dish. Someone asked: Will that be because of our small numbers at that time? He replied: No, you will be numerous at that time: but you will be scum and rubbish like that carried down by a torrent, and Allah will take fear of you from the breasts of your enemy and last enervation into your hearts. Someone asked: What is wahn (enervation). Messenger of Allah (ﷺ): He replied: Love of the world’s ornaments and dislike of death. Today communities, Muslim included are governed by man-made systems of government. The systems contain ineffective Constitution which is obviously subjective to intermittent changes. These constitutions do not adequately solve socio-economic and political problems of the governed such that could not apparently attend the spiritual issues. Despite all these odds, the tolerance of Islam allows its adherents to leave peacefully. The sustenance of the universe, heaven and earth were sustained by the Justice of almighty. Justice is the source of progress and development of each nation, but unfortunately despite the promotions of the democratic system by its orators, still it exposes its vulnerability and inefficiency in many communities. It as the matter of fact left proletariat in abject poverty, destructions hatred and confusion. This study intends to briefly discuss on parallel analysis of both the Islam and democratic Concept of Justice. The aim is to reintroduce the compatibility of Islamic systems and its flexibility in all aspect of administration, which can resolve all material and spiritual problems, especially those areas which appear to be stubborn. The main themes of justice in Islam do not only attend to Islamic spiritual attainments but also treats the peaceful coexistence of humanity. Non-Muslims have a lot to benefit from Islamic concept of justice equity and equality.
