الملخص
تدور الرسالة التي حققتها على نسخة وحيدة بخط مؤلفها الإمام العلامة محمد بن جعفر الكتاني حول فن الإجازات، وهو فن يقصد به بيان الصلة بين العلماء وطلبة العلم، وهو ما حصل بين المؤلف الذي أجاز تلميذه السلطان المولى عبدالحفيظ، لما لقيه بالمدينة المنورة، إذ طلب المؤلف الإجازة من المؤلف، فأجازه –رحمه الله- حيث ظهر في ثنايا الإجازة ما يفيد تواضع المؤلف الذي أثنى كثيرا على التلميذ، فذكر خصاله، وأخلاقه، ومدى تمكنه من علوم الشريعة، مما سمح له بأن يجيزه بجميع مروياته إجازة عامة ومطلة دون قيد أو شرط، ثم ختم إجازته للمولى عبدالحفيظ بتوصية بتقوى الله تعالى في السر والعلن. My doctoral thesis which I realized on the one and only manuscript of its author the scholar Mohamed Ben Jaafar El Kettani revolves around the art of authorization/permission. It is the art which is meant to show the relation between scientists and their students - seekers of knowledge. And this is precisely the case that happened between the author Mohamed Ben Jaafar and his student the Sultan Moulay Abd El Hafid when they met in the Enlightened Medina. The student asked authorization from his teacher and the latter, God Bless him, allowed it to him willingly. Within this authorization, the author’s modesty is shown clearly when he praised his student for his positive traits and discipline, and for his mastery of legal sciences, the very qualities which allowed this student to deal with his narrations with full authorization and without condition. The author concluded his authorization by recommending his student the Sultan Moulay Abd El Hafid to be pious and reverent to God in secret and in public.
