تطوير المؤسسة التعليمية الجزائرية باعتماد ثقافة التدبير التربوي لدى هيئة التدريس.

الملخص
يعتبر التدبير التربوي عملا استراتيجيا جديدا في التربية تسعى إلى بلوغه معظم المؤسسات التعليمية مهما كانت طبيعتها ،وهذا من أجل اتخاذ الإجراءات والتدابير والقرارات المناسبة لتحسينها وتطويرها بما يخدم الأهداف المرجوة. فهذه الدراسةجاءت لتركز على موضوع : تطوير المؤسسة التعليمية الجزائرية باعتماد ثقافة التدبير التربوي-كما يتصورها الاساتذة والمديرون-دراسة ميدانية بابتدائيات مدينة باتنة . و تهدف الدراسة الحالية إلى بيان أهمية ثقافة التدبير التربوي في تطوير المؤسسة التعليمية من وجهة نظر الأساتذة والمديرين وأثر كل من المتغيرات الديمغرافية في ذلك، وتكونت عينة الدراسة من 238 أستاذا ومديرا، طبقت عليهم استبانة مكونة من جزئين : ( ثقافة التدبير التربوي ،تطوير المؤسسة التعليمية )،وقد سارت الدراسة إلى عرض جملة من النتائج والتوصيات مرتبطة بمجال البحث وحدوده . Abstract: Educational management is considered a new strategic work in education that most educational institutions seek to achieve, whatever their nature, and this is in order to take appropriate measures, measures and decisions to improve and develop them to serve the desired goals. This study came to focus on the topic: developing the Algerian educational institution by adopting a culture of educational management - as perceived by professors and administrators - a field study in the beginnings of the city of Batna. The current research aims to demonstrate the importance of the educational management culture in developing the educational institution from the viewpoint of teachers and managers, and the effect of each of the demographic variables in that, and the study sample consisted of 238 professors and managers, a questionnaire consisting of two parts was applied to them: (educational management culture, institution development Educational), and the study proceeded to present a set of results and recommendations related to the field of research and its limits.
