الملخص
تسعى هذه الورقة البحثية إلى بيان أهمية المدونات الإلكترونية كمنصات ذكية للنشر الإلكتروني ودورها في تدعيم عمليات الاطلاع والبحث العلمي، وتم توظيف المنهج الوصفي واعتمادنا على الاستبيان الالكتروني وعينة شملت 170 مفردة تخص فئة من الأساتذة الجامعيين وتوصلنا إلى نتيجة مهمة مفادها أن المنصات العلمية وجهة هامة للباحثين خاصة تلك المتعلقة بنشر الأعمال العلمية وتم أيضا تأكيد فروض الدراسة. Electronic scientific publication and upgrading the quality of higher education in Algeria A survey study of a sample of professors at the University of Setif 2 as a model This research paper seeks to demonstrate the importance of electronic blogs as smart platforms for electronic publication and their role in supporting the processes of access and scientific research. The descriptive approach was employed and we relied on the electronic questionnaire and a sample of 170 items belonging to a category of university professors, and we reached an important conclusion that scientific platforms allow an important destination for researchers, especially those related to publishing scientific works, and the study hypotheses were also confirmed.
