المعالجة الإعلامية لقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ...رؤية استشرافية دراسة تحليلية لعينة من الصحف الورقية الجزائرية

الملخص
هدفت هذه الورقة البحثية التحليلية إلى معرفة مدى اهتمام الصحافة الجزائرية المكتوبة الوطنية العمومية والخاصة الناطقة باللغة العربية بقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وكذلك معرفة حجم التغطية الإعلامية ومساهمتها في تجسيد الخدمة الاجتماعية لهذه الفئة واعتمدنا في دراستنا على المنهج المسحي وأداة تحليل المحتوى، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة شملت 10 صحف وطنية وتم تحليل 15 عدد من كل صحيفة تزامنا مع اليوم العالمي لهذه الفئة. وكشفت الدراسة عن اهتمام محدود لدى الصحافة الجزائرية بقضايا ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ويتجلى ذلك حتى في المناسبات الهامة، وأوضحت الدراسة أيضا محدودية الاهتمام بالمقالة الصحفية في إبراز انشغالات واحتياجات هذه الفئة مما يعكس ضعف مبادرة الصحف في توجيه الرأي العام الجزائري لمثل هكذا قضايا. A research paper of a sample of Algerian newspapers. This research paper aimed to know the extent to which the Algerian written press, both public and private, speaking in Arabic, pays attention to issues of people with special needs as well as knowing the volume of media coverage and its contribution to the embodiment of social service for this category. In our study, we relied on the survey method and the content analysis tool. The study was conducted on a sample of 10 national newspapers, and 15 issues of each newspaper were analyzed to coinciding with the International Day for this category. The study revealed a limited general interest of the Algerian written press in issues of people with special needs, even on important occasions. The study also showed the limited interest in the written press article in highlighting the concerns and needs of this category, which reflects the weakness of the newspapers' initiative in directing Algerian public opinion to such issues.
