مؤشرات التنمية المستقلة في العراق The Indicators Of Independent Development In Iraq

الملخص

تهدف الدراسة الى التعرف على المؤشرات الست للتنمية المستقلة وهي كل من(فجوة الموارد الداخلية: الادخار والاستثمار) و(فجوة الموارد الخارجية: الصادرات والواردات من حيث التركز الجغرافي والسلعي والانكشاف التجاري) و(الدين الخارجي كنسبة من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي والصادرات) و(الأمن الغذائي) و(التبعية الصناعية من حيث الاستيرادات الاستثمارية والاعتماد على المشاريع الجاهزة) ) و(العلاقات الخارجية مع الدول النامية والمنظمات الدولية)، والمعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيقها كـ(عدم الاستقرار السياسي/الاختلال في الهيكل الإنتاجي وبنية الانفاق العام،،الخ.)، وتوصلت الى نتائج أهمها(تقليل الاعتماد على أحادية المورد/ تحسين مناخ الاستثمار/ضبط العجز في الموازنة العامة للدولة،،الخ.). The aim of the study is to identify the six indicators of independent development, which are ( the internal resources gap: saving and investment ),(the external resources gap: exports and imports in terms of geographical and commodity concentration and commercial exposure),(external debt as a percentage of GDP and exports) and (food security),(industrial dependency in terms of investment imports and dependence on ready-made projects) , (external relations with developing countries and international organizations), the obstacles that prevent them from being achieved :(political instability / imbalance in the productive structure and the structure of public spending,, etc.),among the most important results of the study : (reducing dependence on a single resource / improving the investment climate / and controlling the deficit in the state’s general budget, etc.).
