مؤشرات التنمية البشرية في الجزائر الواقع والآفاق للسنة 2021

الملخص

ملخص: تهدف الدراسة لتناول موضوع التنمية البشرية وكذا التنمية المستدامة، ضمن مفهوم التنمية الحديث، باعتبارها مقياس تقدم الدول وإعطاء لمحة مختصرة على ترتيب الجزائر ضمن دول العالم لسنة 2021، وأظهرت النتائج المتوصل اليها مدى اهتمام الجزائر بالعنصر البشري, وهذا من خلال التطور المستمر في مؤشر التنمية البشرية الذي يصدر سنويا عن تقارير الامم المتحدة كما توصلنا الى تأكيد الفرضية القائلة: "حققت الجزائر واقعا ايجابيا في مجال التنمية البشرية المستدامة لسنة 2021". وتوصي الدراسة بضرورة تمكين المورد البشري بما يتماشى مع سوق العمل الحالي، والاهتمام اكثر بالمجال الصناعي والفلاحي الذي يعتبر ميزة يمكن استغلالها، وكذا الاهتمام بقطاع الصحة والتعليم لأنهما أساس التنمية. Abstract: The study aims to address the issue of human development as well as sustainable development, within the concept of modern development, as it is a measure of the progress of countries and gives a brief overview of Algeria’s ranking among the countries of the world for the year 2021, and the findings showed the extent of Algeria’s interest in the human element, and this is through the continuous development in the Human Development Index Which is issued annually by the United Nations reports, and we have come to confirm the hypothesis: "Algeria has achieved a positive reality in the field of sustainable human development for the year 2021." The study recommends the necessity to empower the human resource in line with the current labor market, and to pay more attention to the industrial and agricultural field, which is an advantage that can be exploited, as well as interest in the health and education sector because they are the basis of development.
