الملخص

يعتبر مشروع المؤسسة من بين الأدوات الأساسية التي تبنتها وزارة التربية من أجل تفعيل الاصلاح التربوي داخل المؤسسة التربوية، وصولا الى تحسين جودة العملية التعليمية-التعلمية. يهدف مشروع المؤسسة الى ارساء إدارة مدرسية قادرة على بلورة الكفاءات و المهارات من أجل التسيير الأمثل في المجالات الإدارية والتربوية والبيداغوجية للمدرسة. انطلاقا من تحليل الدراسات و الأبحاث حول مشروع المؤسسة، نحاول تسليط الضوء على واقع تطبيق هذا المشروع ودوره في دعم استقلالية المؤسسات التربوية في تحديد أهدافها وتحسين جودة مخرجات العملية التربوية. إن تفعيل مشروع المؤسسة يتطلب وضع استراتيجية وطنية واضحة تستجيب لتطلعات و مقتضيات البيئة التربوية وفقا لمنهجية متكاملة. The institution project is one of the basic tools adopted by the Ministry of Education to activate educational reform within the educational institution, in order to improve the quality of the teaching and learning process. The institution project aims to establish a school leadership capable of developing the skills and abilities for optimal management in the school's administrative, educational, and pedagogical fields. Based on the analysis of studies and research on the institution’s project, we try to highlight the reality of the implementation of this project and its role in supporting the independence of schools in defining their objectives and in improving the quality of educational process output of the educational process. Making the institution project operational requires a clear national strategy that responds to the aspirations and requirements of the educational environment according to an integrated methodology.
