دمج برامج التدريب المقاولاتي في العملية التعليمية لتحقيق جودة الخريجين Integrating Entrepreneurship Training Programs Into The Educational Process To Achieve Quality Of Graduates

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى توضيح أهمية دمج البعد المقاولاتي أو التدريب المقاولاتي ضمن العملية التعليمية في الجامعات الجزائرية، لمرافقة الطالب أساسا ودعمه بالحس والثقافة المقاولاتية لانشاء مشروعه الخاص بنجاح (التوظيف الذاتي)، وهذا الذي يجعل خريج الجامعة الجزائرية بمستوى معايير الجودة، والتي تحكم على جودة الخريج بقدرة وسرعة التحول لعالم الشغل. لتحقيق ذلك تم الاعتماد على مقاربة الفرضية الاستنتاجية (Hypothético-déductive)، من خلال التحليل النظري لمختلف المفاهيم: (التدريب المقاولاتي، جودة العملية التعليمية، جودة الخريجين)، والتحليل الميداني لمساعي الجامعات الجزائرية في ذلك باستخدام نماذج تحليل المسار (مخرجات برنامج Amos) لبيانات 400 استبيان موزع على الأساتذة، وفي الأخير خلصت الدراسة إلى ضرورة توجه الجامعات الجزائرية من التعليم المقاولاتي النظري للتدريب المقاولاتي العملي لتحقيق جودة الخريجين وجودة العملية التعليمية. This study aims to identify the importance of integrating entrepreneurship training into the educational process of Algerian universities in order to accompany the student and support him with the sense and culture of entrepreneurship for the implementation of its project, and to produce a quality of graduates in the Algerian universities in accordance with the quality standards, which governs the quality by the ability and speed of transition to the work. To achieve this, the Hypothetico-deductive model has been adapted through the theoretical analysis of: (entrepreneurship training, quality of the educational process, quality of graduates), and applied analysis of Algerian universities' by using path analysis models (Amos software outputs of the data of 400 questionnaires distributed to professors, the study concluded that Algerian universities should approach the entrepreneurship training to achieve the quality of graduates and the quality of the educational process.
