الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على ملامح الممارسة الأرشيفية في مصالح الأرشيف الوسيط في المديريات التنفيذية لولاية بسكرة، وذلك من خلال التركيز على عمليات معالجة الرصيد الأرشيفي، وكذا معرفة مدى وجود الرغبة لدى مسيري مصالح الحفظ المؤقت للعمل في الأرشيف وطبيعة الصعوبات التي تعترضهم في إطار عملهم وسبل تجاوزها، واعتمدت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وقد تم التوصل إلى عدة نتائج أهمها أن الأرشيفيين يواجهون عدة صعوبات عند ممارسة مختلف الاعمال منها القانونية والتنظيمية والتكنولوجية، وفي ضوء تلك النتائج تقترح الدراسة ضرورة الاهتمام بعصرنة العمل الارشيفي وتوفير الامكانات اللازمة لتجاوز مختلف الصعوبات مع مراعاة خصوصية المهنة الارشيفية والتركيز على التكوين والتدريب والتوعية بأهمية الأرشيف والحفاظ عليه. This study aimed to identify the features of archival practice in the interests of the intermediate archive in the executive directorates of the state of Biskra, by focusing on the processes of processing the archival balance, as well as to know the extent to which the administrators of the temporary preservation interests to work in the archives and the nature of the difficulties they face in their work and ways to overcome them, and the study adopted the analytical descriptive approach, and several results have been reached, the most important of which is that the archivals face several difficulties in the practice of various works, including legal and organizational In the light of these findings, the study suggests the need to take care of the modernization of archival work and to provide the necessary possibilities to overcome various difficulties, taking into account the specificity of the archival profession, focusing on training and training and raising awareness of the importance of archives and preserving them.
