الملخص
إن جائحة كورونا التي اجتاحت العالم منتصف عام 2020 أ أثّرت سلباً على الصحة العامة والاقتصاد و وانعكس هذا سلباً على البيئة وقد بادرت الجزائر إلى اتخاذ تدابير استعجالية من أجل الحد من انتشار فيروس كوفيد 19. تهدف الدراسة إلى تبيان التدابير الوقائية التي اتخذها المشرّع الجزائري في تشريعاته إلى الحد من انتشار فيروس كورونا وضمان سلامة البيئة من التلوث بهذا الفيروس المستجد، وهذا بعد موجز عن تعريف المرض ومصدر ظهوره وطرق انتشاره. وسنحاول التطرق إلى نتائج هذه التدابير وأهم التوصيات التي تصب في مجال البرنامج التي يحقق بيئة سليمة من خطر الوباء تماشياً مع أهداف الدستور الرامية إلى ضمان بيئة سليمة. The Corona pandemic that swept the world in mid-2020 has negatively affected public health and economy, and this has negatively affected the environment. Algeria has taken urgent measures to limit the spread of the Covid-19 virus. The study aims to show the preventive measures taken by the Algerian legislator in order to limit the spread of the Corona virus and ensure the safety of the environment from contamination with this emerging virus, and this is after a brief summary of the definition of the disease. the source of its appearance and the methods of its spread ; We will try to address the results of these measures and the most important recommendations that fall into the field of the program that achieve a safe environment from the danger of the epidemic in line with the goals of the constitution that aims to ensure a healthy environment.
