الملخص

إن للصحة العمومية أهمية كبيرة فهي جزء من النظام العام لكل دولة ومجتمع، يجب الاهتمام بها وتوفير كل آليات الحماية والوقاية، لمواجهة كل ما يهددها، كوباء كورونا (كوفيد-10) الذي تفشى في معظم دول العالم، والتي بدأت في اتخاذ إجراءات وقائية بشكل متفاوت، مما كلفها خسائر بشرية ومادية نتيجة التدخل المتأخر. والجزائر على غرار باقي الدول بدأت في اتخاذ إجراءات للحد من الانتشار هذا الوباء، حيث اتضحت أهمية الاهتمام بالجانب الصحي الذي أهملته الجزائر تقريبا ولم تعطي أهمية لمجال البحث والتطوير في مجال الصحة، وفي هذا المقال سيتم التطرق إلى هذه الإجراءات وفعاليتها أمام هذا الوباء وتأثيره على العالم، بعد التطرق إلى مفهومه وأسباب ظهوره. Abstract: Public health is of great importance, as it is part of the general system of every country and society, which must be taken care of and provide all mechanisms of protection and prevention, To face all that threatens it, like the Corona (Covid-19) epidemic that has spread in most of the countries of the world, and which had started to take preventive measures unevenly, which cost them human and material losses as a result of the late intervention. Algeria, like other countries, started taking measures to limit the spread of this epidemic, as the importance of caring for the health aspect, which Algeria almost neglected, did not appear, nor was it given importance to the field of research and development in the field of health, In this article, these measures will be addressed and their effectiveness in front of this epidemic and its impact on the world, after dealing with its concept and the reasons for its emergence.
