الملخص
يعتبر البحث العلمي من مقومات التطور المعرفي والفكري للباحث فمن خلاله يتم التنقيب عن المعلومة ضمن منهجية سليمة واضحة تعكس المستوى العلمي له وتوضح قابليته في تقصي الحقائق وتحليه بالأمانة العلمية فيه مرورا بمجموعة من المراحل تظهر هي الأخرى جديته في ذلك وصولا إلى نتائج تبين مجهوده وتوصيات لها أن تكون بداية لإشكاليات جديدة قابلة للدراسة لذلك أوجد المشرع الجزائري مجموعة من النصوص تحمي الباحث والبحث العلمي من بينها قرار 1082 الصادر بتاريخ 07 ديسمبر 2020م. Abstract Scientific research is one of the components of the researcher’s cognitive and intellectual development, through which information is excavated within a sound and clear methodology that reflects his scientific level and demonstrates his ability to investigate facts and his scientific honesty in it, through a series of stages that also show his seriousness in that, leading to results showing his effort and recommendations for it. To be the beginning of new problems that can be studied. Therefore, the Algerian legislator created a set of texts that protect the researcher and scientific research, including Resolution 1082 issued on December 07, 2020.
