الملخص
إن مرحلة الحداثة تعتبر من أهم مراحل العمرية للطفل، فطفل اليوم هو رجل الغد، ذلك أن التنشئة السليمة و الرعاية المستمرة تكفل ذلك، و لعل تسليط الضوء على ظاهرة الجنوح التي أصبحت تؤرق أقطار العالم هي من أهم و اعقد المشاكل التي تحتاج إلى بحث ودراسة والتي توجب خلق نظام قانوني لا ينظر إليهم باعتبارهم مجرمين يستحقون العقاب وإنما باعتبارهم ضحايا ظروف اجتماعية نفسية أدت إلى انحرافهم و التي لابد من خلق سبل علاجية تكفل ذلك.
