الملخص
نظرا لتطور التكنولوجيا ووسائل الإتصال فقد قربت هذه الأخيرة العالم من بعضه البعض,فظهرت جرائم خطيرة ضد الأشخاص عموما والأطفال بالتحديد, إذ عن طريق مواقع الأنترنت والتواصل الإجتماعي يمكن نشر صور مخلة أو عادية لتظهر للعالم أجمع في ثواني,ماقد يؤثر على نفسية الضحية عموما والأطفال خصوصا. وقد بادرت الدول بتجريم الإعتداء على الصورة الفوتوغرافية للطفل بإتخاذ قوانين ردعية,كما فرضت هذه الدول قيودا لنشر صورة الطفل وذلك بإشتراط إذن مسبق من وليه الشرعي . Due to the development of technology and means of communication Which has brought the world closer to each other .serious crimes have Emerged against people in general and children in particular . Through social sites and the internet,annoying or regular image can be posted to show in seconds .this act may affect the psychology of the victim in general and children in particular. State have taken the initiative to criminalize the abuse of children’s photographs by adopting deterrent laws,and they have also imposed restrictions on the publication of the image of the child by sought prior permission from their legal guardian.
