الملخص
يهدف هذا المقال إلى تسليط الضوء على التعزيز كأسلوب فعال وبديل للعقاب، من خلال إيضاح أهميته، أشكاله، وطرق تطبيقه، كما يهدف إلى تقديم نتائج بعض الدراسات التي تناولت التعزيز، وبينت مدى فعاليته إذا ما استخدم بطريقة صحيحة، هذا من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى جاء هذا المقال كسد للنقص الذي لوحظ في معظم الدراسات العلمية المنشورة في مجال التربية في الجزائر، التي تتحدث عن منع استخدام العقاب، نظرا لنتائجه السلبية على الصحة النفسية والجسدية للأطفال، دون تقديم البديل له.this study aims to highlight the effectiveness of the reinforcement method as alternative to the punitive method. this is done by the clarifying the importance of this method .its forms and the procedures for its application. it also reports the results of reinforcement studies and demonstrates the extent to which it is effective in modificated behavior if used correctly . it also aims to fill the gaps in Scientifics publisheds in the field of education in Algeria. in order to prevent the use of the punitive method. its unproductive results and negative effects on the children's physical and psychological health. as well as the certain lack of its alternative offer.
