السلم الاجتماعي في القرآن الكريم مركزيته وأبعاده الحضارية

الملخص
المتأمل في نصوص القرآن الكريم لا يفوته ما يتضمنه من اهتمام بالغ بالسلم الاجتماعي، وحرص كبير على ترسيخ مبادئه وقيمه، وإحاطته بسياج من الأحكام الشرعية الصارمة التي تحميه من كل ما يهدده، بحيث يغدو مقصدا هاما من مقاصده الكبرى، فالقرآن في مبناه ومعناه يؤسس في نصوصه لبناء السلم الاجتماعي وإرساء دعائمه الكبرى في المجتمع، ويحافظ ـ في الوقت نفسه ـ على هذا البناء ويحرص على تحصينه، وحمايته من كل ما يقوِّض أركانه أو يستهدفه بالهدم. وتطمح هذه الورقة البحثية إلى الإجابة عن مجموعة من الأسئلة والإشكالات منها: هل هناك مفهوم دقيق وواضح وصريح للسلم الاجتماعي في القرآن الكريم؟ وهل ثمة مصطلحات أخرى تتقاطع مع مصطلح السلم الاجتماعي؟ وما مكانته في القرآن؟ وما هي أبعاده الكبرى من حث كونه واجبا شرعيا، ومطلبا حياتيا، وضرورة حضارية، وحاجة إنسانية؟ وهل للسلم الاجتماعي في الخطاب القرآني بعد محلي يخص المسلمين فقط أم له بعد إنساني عام؟ وكيف يمكن اليوم في عالمنا المعاصر الاستهداء. There is no doubt that social peace is one of the most important demands of civilization. It represents the greatest concern of humanity in every place and time because of its good effect on the stability and tranquility of souls and in the preservation of rights and the maintenance of public security. Who reads Koran thoroughly cannot miss the attention it attaches to social peace. This paper attempts to answer a number of questions and problems: Is there an exact, clear and explicit concept of social peace in the Holy Koran? Are there other terms that intersect with the term social peace? What is its place in Koran? What are its great dimensions being a legitimate duty, a life demand, a civilized necessity and a humanitarian need? Is social peace in the Koranic discourse a local dimension only for Muslims or a general human dimension? And how can it be sought in our contemporary world today?
