تطور الديمقراطية الاثينية خلال القرنين السادس والخامس قبل الميلاد

الملخص
ظهرت الديمقراطية على المسرح السياسي الأثيني اثناء حكم كليسثينيس الذي وضع دستوره المنظم للحكم في نهاية القرن السادس قبل الميلاد وبداية الخامس، وقد بلغت الديمقراطية كنظام اقصى درجة من التطور والنضج -بالتاريخ القديم طبعا –في عصر بيركليس ,اين اصبحث أثينا تلقب بمدرسة الاغريق, الا ان هذا النظام استند أولا وقبل كل شيء على الدعائم الضرورية التي ندد بها صولون والمتمثلة في حرية الفرد. وعليه حاولنا في هذه الدراسة الكشف عن اهم المحطات الكبرى التي مرت بها الديمقراطية الأثينية وقد اتخذنا فترة حكم صولون كنقطة انطلاق ,لان هذا الأخير بالرغم من انه لم يصرح بهذه التسمية لكنه جهز المجتمع الأثيني بحقوق وواجبات تتوافق ولو نسبيا مع مبادئ الديمقراطية, ثم عرجنا في النقطة الثانية على اهم الإصلاحات الدستورية السياسية لكيسثينيس من اجل توطيد الديمقراطية ,وأخيرا ابرزنا مظاهر الديمقراطية الأثينية الفعلية التي سادت في عصر بيركليس ,او ما يسمى ذروة ازدهار أثينا والعالم الاغريقي ككل. Democracy appeared on the Athenian political stage during the rule of Cleisthenes, who laid down his constitution organizing the rule at the end of the sixth century BC and the beginning of the fifth, and democracy as a system reached the highest degree of development and maturity - in ancient history of course - in the era of Pericles. The system was based first and foremost on the essential pillars that Solon denounced, namely the freedom of the individual. Therefore, in this study we tried to uncover the most important milestones that Athenian democracy went through and we took the Solon period as a starting point, because the latter although he did not declare this name, but provided Athenian society with rights and duties that are compatible, even relatively, with the principles of democracy, then we stopped at the point. The second is the most important political constitutional reforms of Clisthenes in order to consolidate democracy, and finally we highlighted the manifestations of actual Athenian democracy that prevailed in the era of Pericles, or what is called the height of the prosperity of Athens and the Greek world as a whole.
