مساهمة النخبة الأكاديمية في صناعة التغيير السياسي والاجتماعي في الجزائر

الملخص
تهتم هذه الدراسة بإبراز دور النخبة الأكاديمية في الحياة السياسية ووضعيتها ومكانتها في مجتمعها، في ظل طبيعة العلاقة المتوترة بين المثقف والسياسي وكذا فقدان الثقة لدى المجتمع في نخبه واتهامهم بالانحياز إلى السلطة، كل هذه التطورات جعلت المثقف يعيش أزمة ذاتية قبل أن تكون تفاعلية مع السلطة والمجتمع، ولفهم أزمة النخبة الأكاديمية يجب التطرق إلى عملية التهميش التي تستعملها الأنظمة السياسية ضد مثقفيها ونوعية العلاقة التي تحدد السلطة شروطها، كل هذه المتغيرات تحدد لنا مساهمة النخب في التغيير السياسي والاجتماعي وتبرز أهم الصعاب والعقبات لوصول إلى أهدافهم. Abstract: This study is concerned with showing the role of the academic elite in political life, its position and its position in its society, in light of the nature of the tense relationship between the intellectual and the politician, as well as the loss of confidence in the community in his elites and their accusations of bias towards power. All these developments made the intellectual live in a self-crisis before it was interactive with the authority and society. To understand the academic elite crisis, it is necessary to address the process of marginalization that political systems use against their intellectuals and the type of relationship that the authority determines its conditions for. All these variables define for us the contribution of the elites to political and social change and highlight the most important difficulties and obstacles in reaching their goals.
