مساهمة النخبة في تحقيق التوافق السياسي في تونس: إدارة المرحلة الانتقالية الديمقراطية 2017/2011

الملخص
تحاول هذه الدراسة البحث في مساهمة النخبة في تونس بكل اشكالها في تحقيق التوافق السياسي في البلد، خصوصا في المرحلة الانتقالية الأولى التي شهدت صراعا سياسيا بين الحكومة من جهة والمعارضة من جهة أخرى، زادت حدتها بعد انتخاب المجلس التأسيسي في أكتوبر 2011، حيث لعبت النخبة التونسية دورا هاما في إدارة المرحلة الانتقالية الديمقراطية سلميا، كما قامت بحماية الديمقراطية من خلال المواصلة في لعب أدوار حاسمة اثناء الأزمات السياسية وجعل تونس بعيدة عن الخلافات والنزاعات، ما يبعد خطر بروز ثورة مضادة تفشل تجربتها الديمقراطية. كما وُضف في هذه الدراسة اقتراب النخبة وذلك من منطلق أن الدراسة تتناول أساسا متغير النخبة وعلاقتها بالتوافق السياسي، بغية الوقوف على الفرق الذي أحدثته هذه النخبة في تونس على خلاف دول أحرى بالرغم من أنه لا يخلو أي نظام سياسي أو مجتمع من النخبة. This study aims to analyzing the contribution of the elite in Tunisia in all its forms to achieving political consensus in the country, especially in the first transitional phase that witnessed a political struggle between the government on the one hand and the opposition on the other hand, and its intensity increased after the election of the Constituent Assembly in October 2011, when the Tunisian elite played It played an important role in peacefully managing the democratic transition. It also protected democracy by continuing to play critical roles during political crises and keeping Tunisia away from disagreements and conflicts, which eliminates the risk of the emergence of a counter-revolution that fails its democratic experiment. The approach of the elite was also described in this study on the basis that the study deals mainly with the elite variable and its relationship to political consensus, in order to find out the difference that this elite made in Tunisia, unlike other countries, although no political system or society is devoid of the elite.
