الملخص
يعالج موضوع بحثنا المبادئ الخاصة بقواعد القتال وسلوكه على ضوء قواعد القانون الدولي، حيث نسلط الضوء على أهم أساليب الحرب التي تصيب بلا تميز أو تحدث إصابات، خاصة تلك التي تعمل على انتهاك حياة أي إنسان من العدو أو التي تهدف إلى تجويع السكان المدنيين أو استخدام أساليب حربية تقوم على الغدر والخدع . كما تعالج دراستنا أهم وسائل وأساليب الحرب المحظورة في القانون الدولي الإنساني، خصوصا الأسلحة التي تسبب بطبيعتها إصابات أو آلاما لا مبرر لها والتي وردت في عدد كبير من المعاهدات الدولية. The topic of our research deals with the principles of the rules and conduct of warfare in the light of the rules of international law, where we highlight the most important methods of warfare that strike indiscriminately or cause injuries, especially those that violate the life of any enemy from the enemy or that aim to starve the civilian population or use methods Warship based on treachery and tricks. Our study also deals with the most important means and methods of warfare prohibited in international humanitarian law, especially weapons that by their nature cause unnecessary injuries or pain, which are mentioned in a large number of international treaties.
