الملخص
تهدف الدراسة الى ابراز اهمية مقياس COBTI الذي يعتبر من بين اهم النماذج التي توفر الأدوات التحليلية لقياس حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات لرفع من درجة الثقة و الأمان في تكنولوجيا المعلومات و تقليل فجوة المخاطر المرتبطة بها ، مما يساهم في تحقيق اهداف المؤسسة و الرفع من قيمتها ، لا سيما تطابق قواعد تكنولوجيات المعلومات المتوفرة لدى المديرية الولائية للضرائب بالأغواط مع معايير حوكمة تكنولوجيا المعلومات وفق ابعاد مقياس COBTI،و ذلك من خلال توزيع استبانة لمستخدمي تكنولوجيا المعلومات بالمديرية ، و من بين النتائج المتوصل اليها، تبني المصالح الضريبية خطط قصيرة و متوسطة و استراتيجية في المجال التكنولوجي بما يتماشى و متطلبات التحولات الاقتصادية و التكنولوجية ، ضرورة توفير اليات ملائمة و معلومات شفافة لتحسين مستوى الحوكمة تقنية المعلومات The study aims to highlight the importance of the COBTI scale, which is considered among the most important models that provide analytical tools to measure the governance of information technologies in order to increase the degree of trust and security. in information technologies and reduce the associated risk gap, which contributes to the achievement of the institution's objectives and its valuation, in particular The information technology rules available to the Laghouat National Tax Department comply with information technology governance standards according to the dimensions of the COBTI scale , And it is through the distribution of a questionnaire intended for users of management information technologies, and among the results achieved, the tax authorities adopt short, medium and strategic plans in the technological field in line with the demands of economic and technological change, the need to provide appropriate mechanisms and transparent information to improve the level of technical governance. information
