التأصيل الشرعي لمشروعية الاستثمار الوقفي

الملخص

الملخص: تعمل هذه الدراسة على جعل العمل الوقفي أداة استثمارية عصرية تمول نفسها بنفسها، وتؤدي إلى تراكم رأس مالي في المنبع، وإلى نقدنة مستمرة للأصول الوقفية القائمة بغرض استغلالها في أوجه الاستثمار المختلفة. تعتبر المحافظة على أموال الوقف وتنميته ضرورة شرعية ومطلب اقتصادي تنموي يهدف إلى تقديم المنافع لمستحقيها بشكل دائم ومستمر، ومن أجل تلبية هذا المطلب الأساسي تسعى مؤسسة الوقف باعتبارها المسؤول الأول على الوقف وعلى إدارته بكل الطرق الشرعية من أجل تنمية موارد الوقف واستثمار غلاته وريعه. Summary: This study works on making the endowment work a modern self-financed investment tool, which leads to the accumulation of capital at the source, and to a continuous monetization of the existing endowment assets for the purpose of exploiting them in various investment aspects. Preserving and developing the endowment funds is considered to be a legitimate necessity and an economic developmental requirement that aims to provide benefits to its beneficiaries (those who deserve it) permanently and continuously. Besides, to meet this basic requirement, the Waqf Foundation seeks, as the first official in charge of the endowment and its management by all legitimate means, in order to develop the endowment resources and invest its revenues and income.
