الملخص
الملخص الوقف البنغلاديشي مع ما كان له دور فيما مضي، فإنه اليوم ظل واقفا على مفترق الطرق يكابد تحديات، تمثل الحيرةَ في اختيار أفضل الطرق لاستثمار أمواله، حيث لا توجد في واقعه الاستثماري غير صيغة الإجارة العادية، ولم يدخل في تجربة الأساليب المعاصرة والمجالات الحيوية للاستثمار فيها، مما ثبت عجزه عن تذليل عقباته، وتحقيق أهدافه ، فجاءت الدراسةُ كخطوة علمية منهجية تدفعه نحو تذليل معوقاته في سبيل تطوير إدارته، وتثمير أمواله، حيث إن الصيغ الحديثة كالإجارة المنتهية بالتمليك، وال BOT وغيرها، والسلم، والمضاربة المنتهية بالتمليك، والشراكة، عند تطبيقها على المجالات الاستثمارية المبتكرة، والتي قد تختلف قواعدها حسب دراسة الجدوى واستراتيجيتها، (كإقامة مشاريع تجارية، وصناعية، وزراعية، وسياحية مناسبة في القطر البنغلاديشي) تعتبر الطريقة المثلى للخروج من التعقيدات المزمنة، مبينةً له بأن بين تلك الصيغ والمجالات المبتكرة علاقة تتبلورفي استنهاض الموارد البشرية، واستخدام التقنيات الحديثة، التي تدفع الوقف نحو استكشاف معالم جديدة لوضع الأموال، بما يحقق تطوير ذاته، وتحقيق السعادة لأولئك الفقراء الذين لهم نصيب من ريعه، مستعينةً في كل ذلك بالمنهج الاستقرائي، والتحليلي، والمقارنة. الكلمات الدالة: الاستثمار المبتكر، الوقف البنغلاديشي، النهوض بالوقف Abstract The Bangladeshi waqf, with what it had a good role in the past, today it has remained standing at the crossroads facing challenges, representing the confusion in choosing ways to invest its money, as there is nothing in its investment reality other than the normal leasing formula. It has not also entered into the experience of contemporary methods and areas of investment in it, which proved his inability to overcome its challenges and achieve his humanitarian goals. So, this study came as a systematic scientific step that pushes Waqf towards overcoming his obstacles in order to develop it management and invest its money, as the modern formulas such as (rent ending with ownership, BOT and others, peace, speculation ending with ownership, and partnership,) When applied On the innovative investment fields, the rules of which may differ according to the feasibility study and its strategy, (such as establishing suitable commercial, industrial, agricultural, and tourism projects in the Bangladeshi country) is considered the best way out of the challenges, indicating to him that there is a relationship between these innovative formulas and areas that crystallizes in the level of resource mobilization. Humanity, and the use of modern technologies that push the endowment towards exploring new parameters for placing money in order to achieve self-development and achieve happiness for those poor who have a share of its proceeds Using the inductive, analytical, and comparative method, across the study.
