الملخص
this study aims to reveal the psychology of higher education values and the impact its output has on the growth of the quality of citizenship to confront the international transformations. Because the technological development spread information, innovation and creation and codified the employee’s performance and trained him on smart electronic programs to organize the university’s administrational personnel and the problematic of quality, citizenship and confrontation. The impact of its output may not be as much due to speculation and financial potential as it is due to pedagogical valuation of the efficiency of effort and the quality of citizenship psychologically, socially, economically, and scientifically. Thus we adopted the descriptive approach, an intentional sample and a questionnaire to figure out the importance and ways of raising awareness within the university’s society using updates. So we concluded that the psychology of higher education regulation values, its motives and goals enables the university’s assemblies to deal with the challenges surrounding high education and scientific research positively to upgrade the output of the quality of confrontation and citizenship to keep up with the fast changes. الملخص: تهدف الدراسة إلى الكشف عن سيكولوجية قيّم تنظيم التعليم العالي وأثر مخرجاته في نموّ جودة المواطنة لمواجهة التحوّلات العالمية. فالتطوّر التكنولوجي نشر المعلومة والابتكار والإبداع. وقنّن أداء الموظف ودرّبه على برامج إلكترونية ذكية لتنظيم الجهاز إداري الجامعي. فإشكالية الجودة والمواطنة والمواجهة، قد لا يعود أثر مخرجاتها للتنظير والإمكانيات المادية بقدر ما يعود لبيداغوجية تثمين فعّالية الجهد وجودة المواطنة نفسيا واجتماعيا واقتصاديا وعلميا. وعليه اعتماد المنهج الوصفي وعيّنة عمدية واستبيانا لمعرفة أهمية وطرق توعية المجتمع الجامعي بالمستجدّات. فاستنتجنا أنّ سيكولوجيات قيّم التنظيم ودوافعه وأهدافه تمكّن الهيئات الجامعية من مواجهة التحدِّيات المحيطة بالتعليم العالي والبحث العلمي إيجابيا ليرقى بمخرجات جودة المواجهة والمواطنة لمواكبة التحوّلات السريعة. الكلمات المفتاحية: سيكولوجيا قيّم التنظيم؛ مخرجات التعليم العالي؛ جودة المواطنة؛ التحولات العالمية.
