الملخص
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن اتجاهات أساتذة التعليم الابتدائي حول مدى استجابة التكوين اثناء الخدمة لمتطلبات الاداء ولتحقيق اهداف الدراسة اخترنا عينة من 104 استاذ ببلدية مسعد ولاية الجلفة بطريقة عشوائية من أصل 501 أستاذ وتوصلنا إلى النتائج التالية: لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة احصائية تعزى لمتغير الجنس، لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى للخبرة المهنية، مساهمة برامج التكوين اثناء الخدمة بشكل إيجابي في تحسين أداء الأساتذة من خلال تعزيز مهارات الاتصال، مساهمة وسائل واساليب التكوين بشكل إيجابي في تعزيز مهارات الاداء لدى الأساتذة، مساهمة المكون بشكل ايجابي في تحسين اداء الاساتذة من خلال تعزيز الكفاءة، مساهمة التكوين اثناء الخدمة بشكل ايجابي في تحسين أداء الاساتذة. This study aimed at revealing the trends of primary school teachers about the extent to which in-service training responds to performance req he following results: There are no statistically significant differences attributable to the sex changer, there are no statistically significant differences due to professional experience, the contribution of in-service training programs positively in improving the performance of teachers by enhancing communication skills, the positive contribution of means and methods of training in enhancing the performance skills of teachers, the contribution of the component positively to improving the performance of teachers through enhanced efficiency, the contribution of uirements and to achieve the objectives of the study, we selected a sample of 104 professors in the municipality of Massad Al-Jelfa in a random manner out of 501 professors and reached t training in service positively to improving the performance of teachers.
