مدى استجابة التكوين الجامعي لمتطلبات الشغل في عصر المعرفة –دراسة استطلاعية بجامعة أم البواقي-

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى استجابة التكوين الجامعي لمتطلبات الشغل في عصر المعرفة بالجامعة الجزائرية ولأجل تحقيق هذا الهدف قامت الباحثة بدراسة استطلاعية تم من خلالها بتوزيع استمارة مقابلة على عينة من طلبة العلوم الاجتماعية طور الماستر قدرت ب25 طالبا وقد خرجت الدراسة بنتائج مفادها بأن التكوين الجامعي(برامج التكوين) بالجامعة الجزائرية يستجيب بدرجة غير كافية لمتطلبات الشغل في عصر المعرفة. وفي الأخير مكنتنا نتائج هذه الدراسة بالخروج بمجموعة من الاقتراحات التي قد تساهم في تحسين التكوين بما يتوافق ومتطلبات الشغل. Abstract: The objective of this study was to identify the extent to which university formation responded to the requirements of employment in the age of knowledge at the Algerian University. In order to achieve this objective, the researcher conducted an exploratory study in which an interview form was distributed to a sample of social sciences students. The master stage was estimated at 25 students. (Training programs) at the University of Algeria responds insufficiently to the requirements of employment in the era of knowledge. Finally, the results of this study enabled us to come up with a set of suggestions that may contribute to the improvement of the composition according to the requirements of the job.
