المكانة في السياسة الدولية : بين القدرات المادية و الاعتراف الاجتماعي

الملخص
ملخص: تسعى هذه الدراسة الى ابراز أهمية المكانة في السياسة الدولية، و تجادل ان دراسة المكانة تستحق القدر نفسه من الاهتمام الذي تحظى به القوة في العلاقات الدولية. تركز الادبيات التقليدية على العوامل المادية باعتبارها سمات المكانة الجوهرية، و غالبا ما يتم ربط سلوك البحث عن المكانة بالنوايا التعديلية خاصة في سياق التحولات الهيمنية. في المقابل، تتمتع السمات المثالية للمكانة بأهمية بالغة في الدراسات التي تفترض البناء الاجتماعي للسياسة الدولية. سمحت المقاربة للمكانة من عدسة مثالية و ربطها بالاعتراف بدل القوة، في هذه الدراسة، بمراجعة المقولات التفسيرية المؤسسة التي قامت عليها الدراسات التقليدية لأسباب الحروب من خلال التأكيد على المكانة باعتبارها دافعا يقود سلوك الدول من جهة، و أن سلوك البحث عن المكانة يمكن ان يكون سلوكا تعاونيا من جهة ثانية. الكلمات المفتاحية: المكانة. السياسة الدولية. الاعتراف. التعديلية. التعاون. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the importance of the status in the international politics, and it argues that studying it deserves as much attention as the power in international relations, so the classical literature focuse on the physical factors as essential features of the status, and the behavior of seeking the standing is often related to Revisionism intentions, especially in the context of hegemonic shifts, in return, the idealistic traits of the standing is extremely important in studies that posit that international politics is socially constructed.The standing's approach with idealist lenses and linking it to recognition rather than power, in this study, allowed for the explanatory quotes on which the traditional studies of war causes were based to be revised, through emphasizing the standing as a drive for states behavior on the one hand, and that the behavior of looking for the status can be cooperative, on the other.
