الجريمة الاقتصادية وجهود مكافحتها

الملخص
ملخص: نظرا لما تخلفه الجرائم الاقتصادية من خسائر تلحق الأفراد والمجتمع على حد سواء، وحيث إن دائرة هذه الجرائم في توسع مستمر لما يتفرع عنها من جرائم مستحدثة نظرا للتطورات الاقتصادية التي تعرفها المجتمعات الحديثة، وأمام خطورة هذه الوضعية أصبحت دول المعمور بأسرها مطالبة بالتفكير في إعادة النظر في سياساتها الجنائية بصفة عامة وذلك بإيجاد خطط وأساليب تتجاوب وتطور الجريمة المرتبط بالتقدم التكنولوجي، مما يستدعي خطة استراتيجية لمكافحة هذا النوع من الجرائم، وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز أهم الجهود المبذولة لمكافحة الجريمة الاقتصادية، ثم تحديد طبيعة التعاون القضائي الدولي في مكافحتها. Abstract: In view of the losses caused by economic crimes in terms of losses that inflict individuals and society alike, and since the circle of these crimes continues to expand due to the branching out of new crimes in view of the economic developments that modern societies are aware of, and in view of the seriousness of this situation, the countries of the world as a whole are required to think about reconsidering Its criminal policies, in general, by creating plans and methods that respond to the evolution of crime linked to technological progress, which calls for a strategic plan to combat this type of crime, and this study aims to highlight the most important efforts made to combat economic crime, and then determine the nature of international judicial cooperation in combating it.
