الملخص

تعتبر الجماعة وديناميكية الانضمام للجماعات على درجة كبيرة من الأهمية، ذلك لأن العمل في المنظمات المختلفة يتم في معظم الأحيان في إطار الجماعات. ومن المعروف أن سلوك الإنسان كفرد يختلف عن سلوكه كعضو في جماعة. فالجماعة أداة فعالة لمساعدة الأفراد ونموهم، وتعديل اتجاهاتهم عن طريق تفاعلاتهم وعلاقاتهم مع الآخرين، فالجماعات الاجتماعية تقوم وتدوم بقصد إشباع حاجات أعضائها من خلال تفاعلهم وتعاونهم. ولا يتحقق للإنسان الشعور بالأمن والحب والصداقة إلا في جماعاتها. كما أنه عن طريق تعاونه مع الآخرين يمكن أن يحقق أهداف قد يعجز عن تحقيقها بمفرده. The group and the dynamics of joining groups are of great importance, because the work in the different organizations is mostly carried out within the framework of groups. It is well known that the behavior of a person as an individual differs from his behavior as a member of a group. The group is an effective tool for helping individuals and their growth, and adjusting their attitudes through their interactions and relationships with others. Social groups exist and last with the intention of satisfying the needs of their members through their interaction and cooperation. The feeling of security, love and friendship is not achieved for a person except in their groups. Also, by cooperating with others, he can achieve goals that he may not be able to achieve on his own.
