الملخص
يكسب الإسلام المرأة شخصية مستقلة حين يقرر لها ذمة مالية مستقلة ما توافرت فيها شروط الأهلية، لا فرق بين أن تكون هذه المرأة عاملة أو غير عاملة، متزوجة أو غير متزوجة، فلها حق التملك، ومن ثم يكسبها الأهلية التامة في التصرفات والتعاقد. غير أن الواقع يفرز باستمرار إشكالات وتعقيدات زعزعت استقرار الأسرة، وآلت بها في كثير من الأحيان إلى التفكك واندثار أجزاء عقدها، إزاء محاولة بسط الزوج بوجه أخص نفوذه على مالها، وما صاحب ذلك من آثار سلبية على المجتمع أيضاً. Islam earns a woman an independent personality when an independent financial liability is determined for her if the conditions for eligibility are met, so there is no difference between whether this woman is working or not working, married or unmarried, she has the right to own property, and then earns her full eligibility for actions and contracting, that the reality is excreted The persistence of problems and complications that have destabilized the family and often led to disintegration and the disappearance of parts of its contract in an attempt to extend the husband in particular to its influence over her money, and the accompanying negative effects on society as well.
